Relocation Guide and Information
Agent Robins guide to relocation services.
Apr 18, 2013

Whether you are relocating because of a job change, temporary assignment or just looking for a new life style relocating can be one of the most stressful endeavors you will undertake. Not being familiar with a new area makes this all the more difficult as we are faced with so many choices to create a perfect blend of convenience, desire and community.

Is it safe? What are the schools like? What type of community is it? What's the neighborhood like? How's the commute?

"Home purchase is now about Strategy"
Many of my former clients came to me because they found properties listed for sale on some internet site and their entire process was based on P&P (Price and Pictures). Very rarely did any of those families actually purchase in the area they first came to me with. It is extremely important to choose the "right" area, one that fits your lifestyle, personality, likes and dislikes. Only an experienced Realtor who specializes in an area can give you guidance in this manner.

If you are new to the California Real Estate market we are seeing an incredible rebound from the 2008 lows. Extremely low inventory and increase demand has driven our market to new competitive highs. Most properties for sale will received multiple offers and generally sale for well above the asking price. The days of finding a house and making an offer are gone. Home purchase is now about strategy! What terms are best suited for the seller. What's their situation? How do you complete with the flood of all cash investor money..

Why is it important to select the right Realtor in for your home search? The majority of Realtors today do not actually make a living selling real estate. The average income of the bulk of agents is less than $30,000/year and most will only complete a few transactions, which makes them part time at best. As a full time Real Estate agent, completely immersed in my job, community and local markets I have the skills and no-how to not only find your ideal living situation but close the transaction.

Being dedicated to these local markets gives me the knowledge to know what strategy, terms and will make your offer more appealing to the seller and give you the best opportunity to purchase your new home.

If you would like to discuss your relocation needs please give me a call. I won't ask you to fill out a long form on my site. I want to speak with you to better understand your unique requirements and needs.
